Generate Signed Code File

This tool signs a code file using a PKCS #7: Cryptographic Message Syntax (CMS) digital signature using a detached/external signed-data structure. The signing certificate is included in the signature. The issuing CA certificate of the signing certificate may be included in the signature. The signature is appended to the beginning of the code file.
